BOSS Controls is proud to welcome three exceptional leaders to our Executive Team as we accelerate our mission to modernize energy management, strengthen grid resilience, and unlock new value for building owners across the U.S.

These accomplished professionals bring unparalleled expertise in demand response, customer success, artificial intelligence, and global infrastructure systems—further positioning BOSS as a category-defining innovator for 2025 and beyond.

Doug Sansom — Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Doug is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy with dual majors in math and engineering, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School. His global career spans engineering, telecom design/build, electrical controls, and large-scale grid monitoring systems across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia.
In the U.S., Doug led high-performing teams for both residential and commercial/industrial Demand Response (DR) providers.

At BOSS, Doug will lead operational excellence and scale as we expand device-level grid intelligence nationwide.

Jill Cersosimo — Vice President, Customer Success

A University of Pittsburgh alum, Jill brings a strong background in sales, account management, and customer-centric leadership. Her expertise has consistently driven client retention, revenue growth, and profitability for high-performance organizations. She holds certifications in Fiscal Management, Leading Others, Listen First (Sales), and Energy Account Management—along with experience in Commercial and Industrial Energy Management and Demand Response.

Jill will lead our Customer Success organization as we elevate user experience, service quality, and measurable value for customers.

Bill Aronson — Strategic Programs Manager

Founder of the Artificial Intelligence Research Group (2016), Bill has led groundbreaking initiatives in autonomous systems, AI-driven computing, and next-generation hardware architectures. He is the named inventor on four U.S. patents for CERA (Connected Edge Resource Authenticator), developed in partnership with KU Leuven’s COSIC lab and ARM. Bill has secured private and government funding, guided IP strategy, and led full-cycle commercialization efforts for advanced sensing technologies.

At BOSS, Bill leads integration of CERA into the BOSS platform and drives our AI strategy for secure, scalable behind-the-meter intelligence.
