Greg Puschnigg, CEO
Greg has held executive positions in leading-edge technology companies including: Ciena, AirFiber, Intel, and Powercast. Invented the first WiFi smart plug and at Intel, launched their first two generations of WiFi Centrino. As President of Powercast, won Best of Show for new emerging technology at the 2007 CES as a 5 person start-up. Began his career as an engineering officer in the US Navy & held TS/SCI clearances. Graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. & M.B.A from Loyola College in Maryland.

Doug Sansom, COO
Doug has over 15 years in the energy industry. He designed and built broadband over power line communication and grid monitoring systems in Europe, Middle East, South America, and Asia. Led successful teams for residential and commercial / industrial Demand Response (DR) providers. Notably, developed and commercialized Price Response, Demand Charge Management, and Coincident Peak forecasting products. Graduated from the U.S. Military Academy with B.S math/engineering, and M.B.A from Wharton School

John Voytko, CIO
John is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience building transformative businesses in software, IoT, energy, and financial services. Over 25 years of strategy and execution experience in technology commercialization, software development, IT management, sales, and finance. Adept at working in rapid growth environments to build, collaborate, and align technical and non-technical teams to identify, develop, and deliver solutions. B.S. in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University & M.S. in Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mike Krummey, CTO
Mike has designed and played a key role in commercially successful products. Most notable being the world’s first all-digital electron microscope – served as the principle electronics design engineer. Expansive career in design and management spans across the areas of scientific instrumentation, control systems, and contract engineering services. Not only focused on product conception and design, but extends through the manufacturing process and into customer support. Graduated from the University of Wisconsin – degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering

Mike Merendino, EVP Operations & Service
Mike has a rich 30+ year history, in executive positions for many technology and operations functions, across multiple industries, and large companies, including PNC Financial. As a CSO, CISO, and COO, he has demonstrated results in: organizational transformation; risk and operations management; integrated control design; cyber, information, and physical security; loss prevention; and organizational integration. Invented and pioneered capabilities for predictive, anomaly detection algorithms & software.

Jill Cersosimo, VP of Customer Success
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in health care and education. Jill commenced her career in sales before advancing into account and project management roles. Her commitment to customer-centric leadership has consistently supported the achievement of key business objectives, such as client retention, revenue growth, and enhanced profitability. Jill is certified in Fiscal Management, Leading Others, and Listen First (Sales). In addition, she holds a certification in energy account management and brings experience in commercial and industrial demand response.

Bob Smyles, Corporate Business Development
Bob has 20+ years experience driving sales across multiple industries. By creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships and teams, has consistently fostered growth driven corporate profitability. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, spent 8 years as a Naval Flight Officer, flew numerous combat missions and held TS/SCI clearances. Received a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy & M.B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland.

Michelle McGregor-Smith, Corporate Business Development
Michelle has extensive global enterprise risk and sustainability experience in sectors, including: Corp. Real Estate; Manufacturing; Oil & Gas; Chemical; and Construction. Successfully led business development and management teams in multinational companies, assessing ESG/HSSEQ gaps and creating comprehensive risk reduction and capital expenditure plans for de-carbonization, energy reduction, and reporting requirements. Served on the Board for many environmental, health and safety groups, including: The Nature Conservancy; Responsible Care; ICAAMC (HSSE Committee); and The Pennsylvania Environmental Council

Bill Aronson – Strategic Programs & AI Strategy
Bill founded the Artificial Intelligence Research Group in 2016, leading projects in self-driving systems, AI-driven computing, and novel hardware architectures. His work ultimately centered on CERA, a secure sensor technology (Connected Edge Resource Authenticator). Bill is the named inventor on four U.S. patents for CERA. He brings deep cross-disciplinary experience spanning hardware, firmware, algorithms, and cloud integration. Bill has secured private and government funding, managed complex stakeholder relationships, directed legal/IP strategy, and guided the end-to-end development and commercialization of CERA in collaboration with KU Leuven’s COSIC security lab and ARM.

Richard Rathvon, Senior Corporate Advisor
Mr. Rathvon has more than 30 years of legal and executive management experience in the energy services industry, with a focus on customer-facing energy businesses. Mr. Rathvon has led all aspects of growing and managing retail electric and gas businesses for notable national energy companies, and has had overall P&L responsibility for business units with over $1.2 billion in revenue. Additionally, Mr. Rathvon has been responsible for managing business development, sales and operations in other energy-related businesses including technology, renewables and sustainability initiatives.
