Greg Puschnigg, CEO
Greg has held multiple senior executive positions in leading-edge technology companies including Ciena, AirFiber, Intel and Powercast. Greg invented the first WiFi smart plug and at Intel Greg launched Intel’s first two generations of WiFi Centrino and as President of Powercast he won Best of Show for new emerging technology at the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show as a 5 person start-up. Greg began his career as an engineering officer in the US Navy, where he held TS/SCI clearances. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. and received his M.B.A from Loyola College in Maryland.
Bob Smyles, EVP Sales
Bob has 20+ years experience driving sales across multiple industries. By creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships and teams, Bob has consistently fostered growth driven corporate profitability. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, Bob spent 8 years as a Naval Flight Officer, where he flew numerous combat missions and held TS/SCI clearances. He has received a B.S. from the Naval Academy and M.B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland.
Mike Merendino, EVP Operations & Service
Mike has a rich 20+ year history, in technology executive positions, providing thought leadership and direction for many technology and operations functions, across multiple industries. As a prior CSO, CISO, and COO, he has demonstrated results in: process optimization; risk management transformation; integrated control design; cyber, information, and physical security; loss prevention; and organizational integration. Mike pioneered capabilities for predictive anomaly detection software. Prior to joining BOSS, Mike was the Managing Director for MM Risk Insight LLC, a Cyber Security consulting firm, providing security, risk management and operations leadership, direction, and initiative execution.
John Voytko, CIO - Product Strategist
John is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive startup experience building transformative businesses in software, IoT, energy, and financial services. He has over 25 years of strategy and execution experience in technology commercialization, software development, IT management, sales, and specialty finance.
John has held numerous sales, innovation, and product management leadership roles including CIO roles with two successful startups. He brings a strong set of skills in IT strategy, technology management, data architecture, business process, team building, product design/engineering, and agile software development.
He is adept at working within rapid growth environments to build, collaborate, and align technical and non-technical teams to identify, develop, and deliver solutions. John earned his B.S. in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. in Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mike Krummey, CTO
Mike has designed and played a key role in commercially successful products. His most notable being the world’s first all-digital electron microscope, in which he served as the principle electronics design engineer. Mike’s expansive career in design and management spans across the areas of scientific instrumentation, control systems, and contract engineering services.
Mike has not only focused on product conception and design, but his experience extends through the manufacturing process and into customer support. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
